And to pile on HF and dallas above sodium intake is huge


Sodium will lead to water retention, making t harder to shed those pounds. So these guys go relatvely salt free for 4-5 months a year. Now imagine all your favorite foods loaded with sodium. Not like theyll add pounds of fat, they just make it harder to cut water weght, so one "cheat" weekend where they go off diet can take a week or two to correct.
